1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Content Creation & Publishing: Develop ideas, write detailed scripts (hook, content, CTA), and diversify content formats (reviews, trends, sales-driven content, etc.) in line with brand guidelines.
- Market Research & Algorithm Insights: Stay updated on TikTok trends and algorithms, and analyze customer insights and pain points in the FMCG/cosmetics industries.
- Production Coordination: Work with the Media/Performance team to plan settings and camera angles, appear on camera, or assist with filming and photography when needed.
- Measurement & Optimization: Publish content according to schedule, monitor key metrics (views, engagement, CTR, CVR, etc.), and improve scripts based on actual performance data.
- Core Requirements: Strong creative thinking, trend awareness, a deep understanding of social media user behavior, and excellent teamwork skills.
- Job Objectives: Increase engagement, optimize traffic, and improve order conversion rates for the brand.
- Career Development Direction: Build a comprehensive TikTok channel, from brand awareness to generating direct sales.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Strong content development skills on TikTok, with preference given to candidates who have created content focused on Performance or Branding.
- Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty, Personal Care, Lifestyle, or familiarity with TikTok Shop is preferred.
- Proficient in CapCut, Canva, or other photo and short-form video editing tools.
- Confident on camera and willing to participate as a VJ/host and collaborate with the team throughout the content production process.
- A portfolio, TikTok links, videos, or previously produced content samples are an advantage.
